How will I be informed of the status of my order?
After the customer's part of the orders is finished, the necessary work will be started by our company shortly. When there is a new development about the status of your order, our customer representative will enter the development in the system. The system will interpret this information and you will be informed about the situation online by clicking on the order tracking tab in the member panel after you have logged in.
Which transactions can I see with order tracking?
You will be able to see all your transactions made in the past or present.
I placed my order incorrectly. What should I do now?
If you placed your order incorrectly, you can call our company without worrying or send an e-mail to [email protected] . However, it is not possible to take action on your order for a product that has been shipped or is on its way. If you still want to cancel it, expenses such as shipping etc. are collected by the customer.
So when should I report that my order is incorrect?
If possible, it would be a good idea to report your incorrect orders before payment is made.
How do incorrect orders proceed?
First, the order is canceled by us. Then, a new order must be placed for the correct order.
Can I cancel the order from the member panel?
No. Order cancellation can only be done by our customer representative/representatives. Please contact us to cancel the order.
I placed my order, what is the next step?
If the payment for the ordered product is made by EFT/Bank Transfer, a money transfer transaction must be made. When making EFT/Bank Transfer, your member name, the order code that will allow our company to understand that you made the payment, or explanatory information in the form of your name and surname must be written. If you paid by credit card, you do not need to do these transactions.
I made the payment, what happens next?
Our customer representative checks the accounts at regular intervals. During the checks, the orders you paid are processed in a short time and the necessary procedures are initiated. You can learn all the ongoing statuses from the order tracking tab.

Do you guarantee the freshness of the products on your site?
KARLIZADE company produces in the confectionery sector. Our website is not a site established by any dealer or dealer-like legal entities or institutions. In other words, the products sold here are products produced by our company. For this reason, as KARLIZADE, we guarantee the freshness of the products we sell.
So what should I do if the product you sent is not as fresh as you promised?
We answered in our previous question that we guarantee the freshness of all the products we send. However, if there is a defect in the products we send, the necessary work will be done to fix the defect and our company will cover the damages that may arise from the product defect*.
You are so assertive about the freshness of the products you send, so how can you do this?
As answered in the previous questions, we are manufacturers and we produce non-stop during business hours. The products are sent to consumers before they have a chance to be stored. Therefore, our company cannot find stale products.
What procedures are performed when it is understood that the products are out of stock?
Our stocks may run out depending on the sales of the products. Therefore, the customer is reminded that our shipping period is 3 days and the status of the customer's order is notified, and the products are generally shipped within 2 business days.
Can I pay the shipping fee to the shipping company myself?
Yes. If you select the alternatives in the cargo selection and state in the description section that you want to receive the item with the recipient's payment, our company will not charge the cargo fee. However, this transaction cannot be made in credit purchases.
* It covers the damages incurred by our company according to the researches. It does not cover the defects made by the customer on the road and/or anywhere.

You must be a member of our system to shop on our website. Since your basic information will be taken into account in your shopping on our website, the system will not provide shopping opportunities to those who are not members.
Why is phone information requested for members?
We encounter situations where some orders are not real orders and the user only places an order for trial purposes. As you will appreciate, such transactions also cause a loss of performance in the service we provide to our valued customers. In order to understand whether the order is really requested, we need to get confirmation from our customers who place an order by phone. Therefore, we require that you provide your phone information when you become a member.

Can I shop without being a member?

What is a Shopping Cart?
It is a personal area where the products you want to buy after logging in to our website are collectively located. You can add or remove items from your cart and change their quantity before placing your order. Your cart is stored even if you exit the system or close your internet browser, and you can continue where you left off the next time you log in.
How can I find the product I'm looking for most easily?
1) Using our on-site search engine, it will be enough to type just a few letters of the product you're looking for into the search window and press the 'Search' button. Thus, you will have quickly accessed the product you're looking for.
2) Or, you can find the product you're looking for through the main category and subcategories you're interested in from the left menu. Our page has been carefully prepared by taking into account the brand, number of pieces, features, category and theme during design.
I placed my order, what should I do now?
Your orders are accepted on our page by Bank Transfer and credit card.
1) For orders placed by bank transfer, you must make payment to any of the bank account numbers specified to you within 3 business days. Please do not forget to write the order number in the description section during the payment process. In order for the order transactions to proceed faster, please fill out the Payment Notification Form after the payment process.
2) You do not need to do any action for orders placed by credit card. Information about the status of your order will be sent to your e-mail address. Or our customer service will inform you by phone / e-mail.
What are the delivery methods for my purchases?
The products you have ordered and paid for will be delivered to cargo within 3 business days at the latest. Our only delivery method for now is by Cargo. In special cases, you can call our customer service and pick up your orders from our office. Click for our address information.
Do I have to enter my credit card information to shop?
You can shop from our page with bank transfer and credit card. Every purchase you make on our website is 100% secure. Our system has 256 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security, and no one can view or access your credit card number except you. When you enter your credit card number, the information about your number is encrypted and sent to the bank.
