RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

 

 

 

 

 

WARRANTY CONDITIONS :

All products are under the warranty of their manufacturers unless otherwise stated.

In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, be sure to check the product during cargo delivery. If you see any damage, have the cargo officer draw up a report and do not accept the product.

Please remember that once the product is received, you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty!

Any changes made to the product, deformation of the product or damage to the original design/box or packaging of the product are not covered by the warranty.


 

PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS :

If the product you purchased from our website is faulty, you must contact us via our support page within 7 days from the date of delivery. Following these procedures, the faulty product that you will deliver to us via the cargo company will be replaced with a new one.

If the error in the ordered product is due to customer use or if the product has been used within 7 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.

As for product return and exchange conditions, the practices required by the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 are essential. 

The customer is obliged to return the returned product in the same condition as when it was delivered to him/her and, if used, to compensate for the loss of commercial value of the product due to use.. 

If the customer returns the product or cancels the purchase, the process will continue according to the return conditions. 

If any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use or other conditions are detected on the product or its packaging and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return and the price will not be refunded.

 

MONEY REFUND CONDITIONS:


Payment for returned products approved for any reason will be refunded within ten (10) days from the moment they reach us, according to the payment method used.

Usually, your bank does not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day. In this case, you need to call your bank's credit card service.

After the "Cancelled" warning appears regarding your order, the entire amount will be refunded to your credit card or the bank you made the transfer to within 10 days.

Refunds made on installment sales are reflected as a positive balance on your credit card by your bank every month.

Generally, the product refund to your credit card is made by your bank within 2-6 weeks. Our company does not have any savings during this period.
